Top Training Product Finds
There are so many products out there…how do you choose. Discover Your Happy is here to share their top picks of newer products out and to help give you some ideas of things to look for as you are heading into this running, biking, hiking time of year!

1.      IFitness Running Belt.

Here are a few reasons why we love this belt:  It has a Neoprene Water resistant pouch which will fit most phones, Elastic slots to hold your gels for easy access, an Inner pocket to keep valuable things safe and reflective strips for night time safety. It also features two toggles to hold your race number and is one size fits all belt. It fits well and doesn’t rub or chafe!  These belts also have the option of purchasing add on water holders so when training you can have your water, powerade, etc. right there with you too but on race day, remove them because you don’t want to carry the extra weight!
MSRP: Belt begins at $27.95. Add-on water bottles start at $11.95. www.ifitnessinc.com.

2.      Lululemon Speed Shorts

These shorts were made to keep women comfortable and cool on training runs and on race day.  They are made from a moisture wicking fabric, has a soft waistband with a drawcord to ensure a proper fit to help you set new personal records and be ultra-comfortable while doing so!! These shorts come in all different colors and designs.
MSRP: $54.00. www.lululemon.com

3.      Garmin GPS Devices
This new stylish and simple watch will help you track every mile. It will track in addition to ddistance, your pace and calories. It helps you track your personal records and can compare your current pace to a target pace. You can also plan, review and share runs at Garmin Connect.  Running becomes more enjoyable when you can track what you have done but also track your progress!
MSRP: $129.99 and comes in so many different colors. www.garmin.com

4.      Saucony Kinvara 4.

There are a lot of good running shoes, but this is our favorite. I think between the 3 of us we probably own over 12 pairs of just this shoe.  The Kinvara 4 is a new version of an already amazing shoe…the Kinvara 3. They still utilize FlexFilm for a lightweight, seamless feel. Those who love the Kinvara will love the upgrade from the ProGrid to the PowerGrid in the heel landing zone for even smoother transitions and an improved overall run.
MSRP: $100 and for more information and colors, visit www.saucony.com.
