The kinvara 3 was released in 2012 and has secured its #2 spot on the 100 Best Running Shoes of all time! I guess this means that it has been a hit!?! Of course it has!! Hands down it is one of my favorite shoes of all time. I think I currently own 5 different pair because not only is the shoe incredible, but all their color combos...are so fun!!
The slogan "So much technology, so little shoe" really does ring true with this shoe. The Kinvara 3 features a strong, pliable FlexFilm upper that adapts to your foot and provides a lightweight, seamless feel. A high abrasion midsole allows the shoe to move with your foot, and a 4mm offset promotes a natural foot strike. And did we mention it is lightweight...Only 6.7 oz. to be exact!!
Runners and athletes usually develop a bond with their equipment. I know I have!! Sometimes I cringe when companies want to change products!! So it’s always interesting to read the reviews, message boards or Facebook posts to see peoples’ reactions to the new products made. From everything I have seen, people love and are very passionate about the Kinvara. It is an amazing shoe! The emotional reaction to the shoe definitely puts a lot of pressure when it comes time to update!! The Kinvara 4 is actually scheduled to be released in the Summer '13 and I am excited to see what comes or how this awesome shoe can be updated or changed for the better...but I am sure Saucony will not disappoint!

ReplyDeleteI have been walking in a pair of grid speed shoes. I love how I can wear them for ten hours and feel the support and comfort. I would love getting a pair of reputable running shoes to diversify and see if I can improve upon my gait, performance, and overall well being while running. I've struggled with injuries for well over two years and have yet to find my perfect fit. Saucony definitely has some fun colors and styles to show off.
