Remember, every move is explosive and
powerful. You want to give everything you have to each movement. Each set is
only 20 seconds and then you get 10 seconds to rest!! Here we go....
1. High Knees x 20 seconds
- rest 10 seconds
2. Mountain Climber x 20 seconds
- rest 10 seconds
3. Push ups x 20 seconds
- rest 10 seconds
4. Jumping Jacks x 20 seconds
- rest 10 seconds
5. Squat Thrusts x 20 seconds
- rest 10 seconds
6. Sit ups x 20 seconds
- rest 10 seconds
7. Double Jump Rope x 20 seconds (I can't do these really
well...babies have ruined my bladder)
- rest 10 seconds
- rest 10 seconds
8. High Knees
x 20 seconds (repeat exercise)
- rest 10 seconds
- rest 10 seconds
Rest for 15-30 seconds and repeat. Repeat this 4 min. interval 3 times and there you have a great 12 Minute Workout!
This isn't your typical jog in the park. To burn the maximum amount of fat and get every last drop out of your 4-minute interval and the 12 minute workout, you need to give an all out effort for each 20-second round. Really give it all you got! Have fun with it and remember…you always can find 12 minutes in a day to get up and be active!
A great way to monitor activity is with a Heartrate monitor,
watch, etc. With it being Christmas, something on the top of every fitness
persons list is a device to measure steps, mileage ran, calories burned, etc.
Our favorite is Garmin. They offer a variety of different watches! We are giving one
away…so head on over to @4corefit on Instagram for details!
