My go to Meal...Quick, Easy & Healthy!!

Do you guys have those meals that you just whip up and are always on your rotations? Or the meal that you always make sure you have the ingredients to in your freezer, fridge or pantry? Here is one of mine...try it and let us know what you think!

Turkey Meatloaf
 
1 pkg. ground turkey (I use the Jenni-o Extra Lean)
2 egg whites
1 C Oatmeal
1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix (or equivalent)
1/2 C BBQ Sauce
 
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and place in a bread loaf tin. If I am feeling it, I will sometimes sprinkle brown sugar and ketchup on top before cooking! 
Bake for 30-40 mins but don't overcook or it will get dry.
Roast some potatoes or bake some sweet potatoes to serve with it, along with a veggie
and a salad and ENJOY!
