A few thoughts...

Here are a few thoughts for today....
 

Let me be the first to say it doesn't matter what you do in a day...just get out and move. My workout today consisted of running 2 miles with my 6 year old and it felt great. I got out, got moving, cleared my head and had a great time. That is what exercise is all about! Have fun! Clear your mind! And move your body!
 
 
And always remember why you do what you do! Exercise to be healthy not to be a certain size. Eat to fuel what you want to do! Love your body!! Love yourself!!

  1. love those quotes, jess! well, let's see... does going to the dentist count as a workout? (it should!) or taking an ice bath for no reason? maybe going into the hot tub with my 4-year-old? that's about all i accomplished today :-) yay for a long recovery!
