Debbie Tebbs
Debbie was born and raised in Ogden, UT. She has 6 brothers and no sisters so she has always been involved with sports of every kind. She attended Bonneville High School where she played Basketball, Volleyball and Softball. She went on to play Basketball in college at College of Southern Idaho. She is married to Nate Tebbs and they have 4 children, AJ (14), Taylor (11), Kaleb (9), and Kamdyn (6). She has been teaching aerobics for 10 years, and currently teaches at Lifetime Fitness, Gymbox and Xcel Fitness. She actually hated running until 8 years ago and now craves to be out pounding the pavement. In fact, Debbie would rather spend money on running shoes than heels!
One of her major accomplishments is running a 1:22 half marathon and this will be her third consecutive year running the Boston Marathon.
Upcoming Events for 2013: Boston Marathon, St. George 1/2 Ironman, Ogden Half Marathon, St. George Marathon, ING New York City Marathon.
Future Goals: Complete an Ultra Distance Marathon and Rock an Ironman!
Random Facts: Debbie loves the morning time. She loves a good sugar cookie and PB M&M's. She is deathly afraid of snakes and has a secret crush on John Stockton! Maybe one day she can meet him face to face!

Future Goals: Complete an Ultra Distance Race, Ride Lotoja solo in Under 11 hours, Sub 3 Hour Marathon, Compete in Kona Ironman. Man...do I have my work cut out for me!!!!!
Random Fact: Huge lover of Cinnamon Bears, Frozen Yogurt and she cannot sleep with socks on her feet.
I'm so excited about this blog! I just started running 3 years ago because a friend challenged me to run a half with her. I have since found it is my sanity as a wife and mother of 3 three girls. I look forward to reading many more posts!!

DeleteI love this new blog! You girls totally remind me of my runner friends and our relationships. I love all the tips and info you are sharing! Deb it was so fun running with you while you were down and I hope I can work it out to meet up with you girls when I head up north.
