Turkey Meatloaf
1 pkg. ground turkey (I use the Jenni-o Extra Lean)
2 egg whites
1 C Oatmeal
1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix (or equivalent)
1/2 C BBQ Sauce
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and place in a bread loaf tin. If I am feeling it, I will sometimes sprinkle brown sugar and ketchup on top before cooking!
Bake for 30-40 mins but don't overcook or it will get dry.
Roast some potatoes or bake some sweet potatoes to serve with it, along with a veggie
and a salad and ENJOY!
