Fun Popsicle Breakfast On The Go....Yummy Turkey Stew

Have you ever been in a hurry in the morning,
and found it hard to find time for a healthy breakfast?
So have I....plenty of times.
 I saw this idea a few weeks back and gave it a try.
It is delicious, and my kids are crazy about them!

Who wouldn't like a "Popsicle" for breakfast?

Healthy Banana Breakfast Popsicle


It's as simple as this...cut your banana in half and place a popsicle stick through the end.  
Dip your banana in your favorite creamy yogurt. (I like Chobani Greek Yogurt),  
roll your yogurt covered banana in Cheerios, and freeze overnight! 
 Voila!!! 
Breakfast on the GO!!


MOM WHAT'S FOR DINNER???
Any recipe that is simple, is the recipe for me...Crock-pot recipes are my favorites. 
Oh, and did I mention I am a fan of simple recipes?  
Here is an easy, peezy.....

Crock-pot Turkey Chilli



 
1 lb. ground turkey (you can sub ground chicken)
1 small onion, chopped
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped chilles, drained
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can black beans, undrained
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chickpeas, undrained
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can kidney beans, undrained
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes, with juice
1(16 ounce) can tomato sauce
1-2 tablespoon chilli powder, to taste

DIRECTIONS:
1. Cook turkey and onion in a medium fry pan over medium heat, fry until no longer pink.
2. Drain off fat and transfer cooked meat and onion into crock-pot.
3. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. Cook on high 6 to 8 hours.
SERVES 6
Calories 375
Carbs 50 g
Dietary Fiber 14 g
Protein 29 g

Pretty easy huh?! HEALTHY TOO:)
Perfect hearty crock-pot dish to warm you up while it's still cold outside.
